Technology
Our company undertakes the production of the following product types and the performance of technological operations based on individual ideas:
- Cutting, creasing, slitting, grooving, slitting and slitting corrugated sheets;
- Production of answer sheets, comb boxes;
- Manufacture of cut-out products made of corrugated board or cardboard ; this technology requires a unique cutting tool; making the necessary punching tool;
- Cut and slit in corrugated products;
- Laminating : coating and associating 3 and 5 ply corrugated sheets and cardboard with a weight of more than 300 g / m2 with glue;
- Gluing and stapling : end-of-box gluing or stapling of boxes and casings;
- Screen printing: printing corrugated sheets in 1-2-3 colors;
- Roll cutting: cutting large rolls of paper into smaller sizes;
- Manual processing : gluing, stapling, installation and assembly of cut-out, tailor-made elements.
